Teresa Lynn Sublett Stone was born to the union of Gene Sublett, Sr. and Veeda Stockton Sublett in Glasgow, Kentucky on Tuesday, August 1, 1967. She was one of their seven children. In her early years, her family moved from Glasgow, Kentucky to Louisville, Kentucky for better opportunities.
She accepted Christ at an early age and began her Christian journey. Educated in the Jefferson County Public School system. She graduated from Valley High School and completed Cosmetology School.

Teresa loved to sing Karaoke and listen to gospel music, painting figurines, dancing, shopping at the Peddler Mall and Antique shopping along with shopping for clothes, shoes, handbags, and jewelry. Her greatest joy was spending time with family. “TeeTee” which she was fondly called by family, was also a great cook.

United in holy matrimony to Dwight Stone, together they were blessed with four children.

Teresa was a hard worker. She was a hairstylist for Great Clips; property manager for Summerfield Reality; and a receptionist for Farnsley Neighborhood Place. She was truly a multi-talented DIVA on a mission.

On September 14, 2024, Teresa was called to take her rest.
