Maurice Clark Crawford, Sr., 74, of Louisville departed his well lived earthly life on June 12, 2024 at Baptist Health.
Visitation Wednesday, June 19, 2024, from 6pm-8pm at Community Missionary Baptist Church 4909 E. Indian Trail. Funeral, Thursday, June 20, 2024, at 12:00pm at his church.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Walter & Gwendolyn Crawford Sr., his brothers, Reginald and Walter Jr., sister, Edythe Crawford and sister-in-law, Terri Crawford.
He is survived by his wife Anita Sutherland Crawford; sister, Karen Booker (Melvin); children, Tonya Nathan (William), Maurice Crawford, Jr. (Danielle), Jessica Sutherland; grandchildren, Dominique Davis (Rachel), Maurice Crawford, III, Maurianna Hayden, Sanaa Bullitt, DeShawn Bullitt, Jr; great grandson, Kaire Davis; his mother-in-law, Mary C. Sutherland, who he supported in caregiving and affectionately called mom. And then there's a multitude of friends, relatives and extended family whom he loved dearly.
