Dennis Wilson, 67 of Louisville transitioned on Saturday, January 18, 2025.

Visitation 12 noon - 1pm Monday, January 27, 2025 at First Congregational Methodist Church 3810 Garland Avenue. Memorial Service to follow at 1pm

Dennis was born on January 17, 1958, to Claudia and Ivory Wilson. He
was 1 of 8 children. He was baptized as a child and rededicated his life
to Christ on October 3, 2021. His faith was evident in the way he lived
his life, especially in his dedication to serving his church, where he
faithfully cleaned weekly and as needed.

Dennis loved spending time with his family and friends. He brought joy
and laughter to gatherings with his love for playing cards and
dominoes, and he cherished the moments shared with those he loved.
After living in Atlanta for some time, Dennis returned to his hometown
of Louisville in 2013, where he continued to build a legacy of kindness,
faith, and love.

Dennis was preceded in death by his parents, Claudia and Ivory Wilson,
and his brothers, Reginald Wilson, Gregory Wilson, and Lee Wilson Sr.
along with 2 brothers in love Al Murkison and Gary Peeples.
He leaves to cherish his memory his sons, LeDon Ross and Kirk Kirk; his
sisters, Pamela Peeples, Angela Wilson, Sharon Murkison, and Vickie
(Anthony) Mack; his beloved aunts, Delores Matthews and Helen
Johnson; and a host of nieces, nephews, family, and friends who will
miss him dearly.

Dennis entered eternal rest on January 18, 2025, one day after
celebrating his 67th birthday.

Dennis E. Wilson will be remembered for his warm spirit, unwavering
faith, and the love he shared with everyone he encountered. Though he
will be greatly missed, his memory will forever live in our hearts.
